JPMorgan raises Eu2bn despite wary buyers
JPMorgan completed the first senior unguaranteed transaction by a US bank in Europe for eight months this week, bringing a Eu2bn self-led five year bond. But with just Eu2.5bn of orders, the deal failed to excite investors and priced at a wide 345bp over mid swaps — a new level for US names in Europe.
