ArcelorMittal reopened the equity-linked market on Tuesday with a Eu1.25bn convertible bond. The first such issue in Europe since the summer of 2008 potentially heralds a new wave of CBs from companies steering a path between potentially damaging rights issues and expensive straight bond markets.
