SIG jumps on recap bandwagon with £340m rights issue
Construction company SIG became the latest business in the UK to launch a rights issue and more deals are expected to follow with property firm Brixton considering equity raising. The £340m rights issue by SIG will be fully underwritten by JPMorgan and Panmure Gordon but the shares dropped more than 10% on the news of the deal on Wednesday.
