Belgium, Finland order books bulge
Heartened by rallying equities and improved sentiment, a clutch of European SSAs priced benchmarks this week. The Kingdom of Belgium, and the Republic of Finland attracted bulging order books. The European Community priced a rare euro benchmark and SFEF affirmed its status as a pre-eminent agency name when it priced a $4bn three year eurodollar.
