Country Garden raises $500m with CB, $1bn loan to come
Country Garden Holdings, one of Hong Kong’s most volatile stockmarket performers since its $1.92bn IPO last April, solved a small part of its cash raising needs at the end of last week by selling $500m of renminbi-denominated convertible bonds, repayment of which will be in US dollars.
