Indian Railway in market with dollar bond

Indian Railway Finance Corp (IRFC) has become the first of a clutch of Indian corporates that have recently roadshowed to come to market with a bond. Oil India and Bharat Petroleum, which have also been meeting investors, are both expected to issue soon.
