SG’s rescue rights issue remains on track
The Eu5.5bn rights issue of Société Générale is likely to be completed in the next few weeks, through underwriters JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley. Meanwhile, Italian internet service provider Tiscali raised Eu146.58m in a rights issue completed this week. The £287m rights issue by Paragon will price around February 22.
