EIB dips inside guidance
The European Investment Bank took the unusual step of pricing its $3bn five year inside guidance, tightening the spread from mid-swaps plus 10bp area to plus 9bp based on a book of just over $3.5bn. The deal was distributed equally across the regions with 75 investors participating. Meanwhile CDC is in the market with its second public dollar bond, a $1bn three year RegS to be priced in the region of mid-swaps plus 14bp. Read EuroWeek on Friday for commentary on primary market
