BPV, 3CIF FRN deals reveal changing investor behaviour

While order books for the long end of the curve in the senior market have ballooned (see separate story on Westpac and Goldman Sachs), demand for short-dated paper has been much more orderly, as shown by the three year FRN transactions priced by France’s Caisse Centrale du Crédit Immobilier de France (3CIF) and Italy’s Banca Popolare di Vicenza (BPV) on Tuesday.
