Snam Rete heralds continental recap surge
Equity bankers foresee a surge of issuance throughout continental Europe on the heels of the Eu3.47bn rights issue by Snam Rete Gas and the Skr2.5bn (Eu232m) capital increase by search service Eniro. On Tuesday, renewable energy business Vestas completed a Dkr6bn ($1.1bn) accelerated bookbuild, while energy company OMV will ask for approval of a Eu2bn capital increase next month.
