K+S ventures into syndication challenge
The Eu1.4bn loan for German fertiliser firm K+S, one of very few underwritten facilities in Europe this year, is coming to market this week, and a bank meeting is set for next Monday. The three bookrunners on the deal will be looking to sell down to reach their target holds, in one of the first true syndication processes of 2009.
