Not beautiful, but certainly big
The tone in the US high grade bond market isn’t all that great, but deals are continuing to get done and most predict a bumper month in March. Perhaps $80bn or more will be issued? Industrial names have got the ball rolling this week with a biggie from electronics firm Philips and others from Praxair, Mattel and Cigna. Will the pace be maintained?
