Rarity spells success for Finland

Finland’s Eu4bn 11 year bond was a huge success, garnering a Eu12bn book in just three hours. According to lead managers ABN Amro, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Nordea, this was achieved with a new issue concession of only 1bp over the borrower’s curve and in a record time of just three hours.
