ECB spares Greek govvies in collateral review
The European Central Bank partially unveiled its revised framework for Eurosystem collateral on Thursday, somewhat easing concerns about Greek liquidity by declaring that government bonds rated below single-A would not be subject to further haircuts when the rules come into effect next year.
