Foreigners lift London exchange
Emerging market equity issuance in London is continuing, as Dubai property developer Depa announced a price range for its $516m DIFX listing and GDR flotation, managed by Morgan Stanley and UBS. Egyptian property developer Palm Hills Developments revealed plans to float shares in Cairo, Alexandria and London via EFG Hermes and Goldman Sachs.
