EIB picks its spot with $4bn three year
The European Investment Bank once again judged the market tone just right, announcing a new three year global bond last Friday after non-farm payrolls. The book exceeded $1bn within half an hour and closed the day at over $4bn. On Monday, it grew to $6bn, allowing EIB to print $4bn. Rentenbank and Nederlandse Waterschapsbank were quick to follow with $1bn four and three year deals, respectively.
