Stockland joins throng of capital raisings with A$2bn placement

Property trust Stockland added to the flood of capital raisings in the Australian market on Wednesday with an entitlement offer worth up to A$1.98bn, becoming the latest property developer to turn to its shareholders in an effort to repair its balance sheet.
