Alfa blames National Bank for dollar default
Alfa Bank Ukraine, a lending arm of Mikhail Fridman’s Alfa Group this week hit out at the Ukrainian Central Bank, blaming currency restrictions for its failure to pay $100m of Eurobonds which matured on Monday.
