SIngapore's OUE lines up S$200m convertible bond
Overseas Union Enterprise, a Singaporean hotel operator and property developer, is to sell convertible bonds worth up to S$200m ($143m) in the fourth equity-linked deal of the year from Singapore’s property sector. At the same time the company’s controlling shareholder is selling down some of its shares in a deal that will increase the public float.
