EM borrowers looking for opportunity
Emerging market borrowers remain optimistic, announcing mandates and roadshows in spite of continuing volatility in global markets. Tatneft and BBK finish roadshowing this week, while Russian telecoms provider MTS, Saudi petrochemicals producer Sabic, and the Ukrainian sovereign have mandated banks for bond sales.
