European IPO market comes to life
A number of small issues, totaling Eu770m, are breathing life into IPO market. European Energy Assets plans to raise Eu120m in a listing on Amsterdam in the next two weeks, while the Polish market regulator gave chemicals business Zaklady Azotowe Tarnow the go-ahead for a Eu117m Warsaw listing. Shares are expected to start trading in June. Meanwhile, the IPO of IMMIT, the property fund of Italy’s savings bank Intesa Sanpaolo, was launched this week.
