IADB tests appetite for dollars
The dollar market is surprisingly quiet this week, say bankers who had expected more issuance after the EU/IMF bail-out. Inter-American Development Bank has been the only issuer to test the waters, mandating Barclays Capital, JPMorgan and RBC Capital Markets for a three year dollar global at mid-swaps less 2bp.
