Peugeot Citroën rides convertible wave in Eu500m bond
PSA Peugeot Citroën on Tuesday launched a Eu500m convertible bond offer in an effort to ease its debt maturity profile as it warned of a Eu1bn to Eu2bn operating loss this year. The deal puts France at the top of the table of equity-linked issuance in Europe, and shows that the market is open even to the troubled automobile sector.
