Deutsche Bahn rekindles corporate bond action
A Eu500m 10 year offering from Deutsche Bahn on Wednesday fuelled hopes of a revival in the dormant European corporate bond market. Bookrunners Banca IMI, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, and Royal Bank of Scotland priced the deal at the tight end of guidance — 60bp-65bp over mid-swaps — and flat to the rail operator’s secondary curve.
