CHC Helicopter launches into general

The deal supporting the buyout of CHC Helicopter was launched into general syndication this week, with a bank meeting set for today (Wednesday). The deal was originally underwritten by Morgan Stanley in February but a successful sub–underwriting phase was only completed at the end of May.
