Hong Kong authority opens MTN shelf with HK$1.5bn deal

Hong Kong’s Urban Renewal Authority raised HK$1.5bn ($194m) in its domestic bond market this week, becoming the latest Hong Kong borrower to turn to its local market for the first deal off a multi-currency MTN programme.
