KKR to list in New York after Amsterdam merger
Kohlberg Kravis Roberts will become a publicly traded company in the fourth quarter after merging with its Amsterdam-listed fund KKR Private Equity Investors (KPE) and relisting in New York. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are advising KKR, and Citigroup is advisor to KPE. Read EuroWeek on Friday for reaction to the deal.
