SSE eyes hybrid bond as mandates line up
Scottish & Southern Energy could become the next European corporate borrower to issue a hybrid bond, after vetting banks’ interest in leading such a deal through a request for proposal circulated in the last month. It is one of several UK utilities thought to be lining up mandates for hybrid issues, which have been scarce this year.
