Indigestion may halt single-A issues
The market for senior bank debt opened in the same exuberant spirit of last week, but is trailing off. Although European banks followed up with another Eu1.35bn of deals on Monday, after raising Eu8bn last week, the secondary market has softened. EuroWeek on Friday asks if indigestion will shut the market before the single-As get their chance to issue.
