Hexagon syndication set to break summer lull
Deals in the Nordic market are already piling up for when the region returns from its summer break, with Hexagon set to sell loans of $2.125bn and up to Eu1bn underwritten by Crédit Agricole and SEB. The Swedish software firm will begin the senior syndication of its jumbo acquisition and refinancing facility early next month, with a general syndication phase following the successful completion of an $850m rights issue.
