CFF heads to US while euro market slumbers
Compagnie de Financement Foncier on Tuesday sold its second US targeted dollar benchmark covered bond this year. Leads Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley priced a $1.8bn two year issue comprising a $1.5bn two year fixed rate note and a $300m two year floating rate tranche. The deal was the only sizeable new public issue to hit any covered bond market this week, with the euro market winding down for the holidays.
