Shareholders like deep discounts on TomTom, Heijmans rights issues
Satellite navigation business TomTom and property developer Heijmans are offering shares at deep discounts in their rights issues to raise Eu430m and Eu100m respectively. Shareholders however like the news — and the fact that both rights issues have been approved. They sent TomTom up more than 5% as a reaction, while Heijmans’s shares jumped 28.69% on Tuesday.
