UK DMO Roundtable 2010
The emergency budget unveiled by the UK’s new coalition government at the end of last month was greeted warmly by ratings agencies. Moody’s commented soon afterwards that the budget was "supportive" of the UK’s Aaa rating and stable rating. It added that Chancellor Osborne’s budget is "a key step towards reversing the significant deterioration in the government’s financial position that occurred over the past two years."
