IIB ruins Russian bank record
International Industrial Bank defaulted on two Eurobond issues on Tuesday, becoming the first Russian bank to default on international debt since the start of the crisis. Promsvyazbank, a similarly rated Russian bank, priced a bond on Friday having widened price talk, but EuroWeek on Friday will find out whether IIB has shut the door for other issuers.
