Deals dwindle as Corio falters

After a debut deal for Dutch real estate group’s Corio was canned on Tuesday, following a struggle to get it away, the European corporate bond pipeline still looks very thin. Only seasoned issuer Deutsche Telekom, in the market for a 12 year euro deal on Wednesday, has ventured forth this week, while French cement group Lafarge headed to the US on Tuesday to raise $550m of five year money.
