Investor-friendly UBS struggles to meet expectations

UBS self-led a Eu2bn two year floating rate note on Monday, printing at an investor-friendly spread of three month Euribor plus 100bp. However, there were suggestions that worries about the bank’s future meant that the size, although respectable, did not match up to the expectations created by financial institution bond deals over the last few weeks.
