Swisscom breaks summer silence
The Swiss franc bond market has woken up from its summer break with domestic names satisfying pent up demand. Swisscom issued Sfr1.5bn of nine year bonds priced inside guidance as investors flocked to the mid single-A rated company, while the Kantonalbanks of Lucerne and Aargau issued nine year and seven year deals respectively, at 6bp through swaps.
