Sterling stays strong but where are the issuers?
Low levels of sterling issuance have given the market a muted tone this year. But the currency still offers banks maturities that aren’t available elsewhere — Lloyds showed as much with a 30 year deal in September. But does this hold much appeal for offshore institutions?
