Rights issues run on
The flow of rights issues from builders and property firms shoring up balance sheets this week continued non stop with Deutsche Wohnen, a residential property firm, launching a Eu250m rights issue on Tuesday while UK house builders Barratt and Redrow followed with £850m worth of deals.
