Switzerland’s Nestlé and Germany’s E.On are two of the borrowers expected to tap the loan market next for rollovers of their backstop facilities. But bankers are still yearning for some M&A related new money opportunities which are yet to reach the European lending market, and concerns are mounting about how thin the deal pipeline in the fourth quarter is looking.
