E.On brings self-arranged deal
German utility E.On is already out in the investment grade loan market with a Eu6bn five year refinancing deal and other borrowers from the region are expected to emerge soon. But, like many borrowers this year, E.On has chosen to self-arrange its facility. As banks hunt for mandates, are they set to be disappointed as more treasurers go it alone?
