Senior markets digests Basel news, as BPCE, Co-op open week
The UK’s Co-operative Bank has raised £1.25bn of orders and French bank BPCE Eu600m for bond issues which are set to be the first senior unsecured deals after the Basel Committee clarified forthcoming capital regulations.
