Issuers rush to dollars as basis swap worsens

A darkening outlook for the basis swap back into euros has mobilised European five issuers into the dollar market this week before the situation worsens further. Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten, the Kingdom of Belgium and Kommuninvest have all priced their issues while Swedish Export Credit and the Kingdom of Spain are set to price later on Wednesday.
