September kick-off for refi onslaught

German utility RWE launched a Eu2bn refinancing mandated to three banks on Tuesday, one of the first in a string of such facilities expected from the country in September. Daimler is also in the market with a Eu3bn rollover of a deal from last year, while E.On is set to follow. Meanwhile, Nestlé is also working on a Eu4.75bn rollover. All these deals are set for smooth syndications after thorough sounding out exercises, bankers said this week
