Indices up, cash down
The LevX3 senior series has firmed slightly this week, following gains in equities and other credit indices. But Europe’s cash prices are still dropping, not helped by a $970m BWIC by Barclays Capital in the US, containing several European names. The average bid for the top 40 leveraged loans has fallen to about 66% of face value, easily the lowest ever level.
