CDPCs struggle on Lehman, WaMu exposure

Primus CDPC has been put on CreditWatch with negative implications by Standard & Poor’s. It has credit derivative exposure to Lehman Brothers, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Washington Mutual.
