ING carve up gives hope to hybrid investors
ING on Monday revealed a restructuring plan that will see it give up on its bancassurance model, sell-off some of its banking operations, raise Eu7.5bn through a rights issue and pay a larger fee to the Dutch state for insurance under its illiquid assets back-up facility (IABF).
