Banks frantic to get into Vue
Banks trying to prove their LevFin credentials are running the risk of bidding too aggressively for UK cinema chain Vue entertainment. At least four private equity firms are thought to be interested, and banks that have not yet led a deal in 2010 are scrambling to get something in their portfolios.
