Chinese property developer Glorious Property Holdings returned to the international bond market on Monday, six months after it scrapped a potential deal amid a heavy supply of bonds from Chinese developers and increasing fears about Greece. The company took advantage of starkly different investor sentiment this week, selling a $300m five year non-call three bond.
