Lloyds aims to skip past APS with record rights issue
Lloyds Banking Group is mooted to be again considering a rights issue of at least £15bn, making it the largest UK rights issue ever, having been rebuffed by the UK’s Financial Services Authority over its previous proposal in August to the government’s Asset Protection Scheme (APS).
